Area Sales Managers (ASMs)
Our ASMs are on the road, visiting branches across the UK to provide face-to-face support and share product knowledge. Always ready to help, they make life easier for our customers and bring Crompton Lamps closer to the people who rely on us.
Inbound Sales
The first port of call for enquiries, they handle everything from processing orders to answering product questions. They make sure customers get the right information quickly, keep track of order progress, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Outbound Sales
They work proactively on building strong, lasting relationships with customers by checking in with branches, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring our products meet customer needs, offering tailored support and regular communication.
Technical Support
Lighting can be technical – but we’ve got it covered. Our dedicated technical support specialist is here to answer detailed product questions, advise on the right solutions, and troubleshoot issues when they arise. Expert knowledge, just a phone call or email away.
Accounts Team
From processing invoices to helping with queries, our accounts team keeps everything in order behind the scenes. Friendly, efficient, and always approachable, they make sure doing business with Crompton Lamps is straightforward and hassle-free.
Warehouse Team
Our warehouse team ensures products are picked, packed, and shipped with care. With thousands of items in stock, they work hard to get orders out quickly and accurately – keeping shelves full and projects moving.
